WCA’s projects range from urban design and master planning, apartments and private homes, seniors living, social and affordable housing, public buildings, education and commercial spaces. We also have the expertise required to routinely combine these typologies from the earliest stages of a project to its handover. With a holistic approach to projects, interior architecture and design routinely form part of our scope. Our projects reflect the diversity of our clients and the unique locations of the sites, all of which are underpinned by a professional approach to processes while maintaining the lasting relationships required to deliver successful outcomes.

Interiors
WCA are involved in the interior design of all their projects whether directly documenting interiors or co-ordinating with external consultants. We work independently or alongside select specialists toward a 'total scheme' where the interiors reflect the architecture, and ultimately the location. We take advice from market experts and design consultants regarding current requirements from buyers for our commercial clients and we seek to understand the way our private clients live, or the way they desire to live so our design response may directly benefit their lifestyle and the comfort of their day-to-day living. Light, air and outlook comprise true luxury when supported by smart planning and beautiful, long-lasting materials and finishes.
Work in progress
After 40 years in practice WCA are still delivering projects. We have a number or projects under construction at any one time - ranging from alterations and additions, new builds for ocean or harbour front homes, mixed-use developments, multi-dwelling housing and apartment buildings. We have extensive experience in administering lump sum contracts as well as working under novation as lead consultants. We appreciate that different projects require different procurement methods for the best outcomes and we bring this understanding to all the projects we deliver.
