Wolski Coppin Architecture is located in Mosman on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. We are a medium-sized architectural practice, with expertise in the design and delivery of diverse project typologies .
With over four decades in practice we have compiled a significant portfolio of projects comprised of; masterplanning, urban design, apartment buildings, mixed-use or 'shop-top' housing, high-end waterfront homes, resorts and commercial offices.
Directors David Wolski and Greg Coppin, each have over four decades of experience across all project types and stages from initial feasibility studies through to construction stage services.
The company maintains a high standard of best practice in design, construction and management, and achieves this goal through their continuing professional development and the active participation of Principals in all project stages. David Wolski is a registered Architect and is the nominated architect for the practice. David is also a Registered Design Practitioner for the purposes of the 2021 NSW D&BP Act requirements and qualified Urban Designer who has been engaged as a client-side court expert for Land & Environment Court hearings.
At WCA we believe successful outcomes lie in striking a balance between design, sustainability, cost, and function. Architecture needs to beautiful, useable, sustainable and affordable. Over the years WCA have found that philosophy has translated into successful developments resulting in a strong repeat business client base.
Our longevity in the industry means we have developed respectful, long-term relationships with consent authorities and consultants. We dedicate ourselves to strengthening those collegial relationships into the future in order to achieve the best outcomes for our clients, the community and our industry. Wolski Coppin actively donates to and sponsors industry-based events and also engages in pro bono work for select public projects in our local community.
