Program -A sympathetic urban design response was required along with considerate street wall detailing this project has become a landmark development for Mosman’s retail high street. The program comprises a 3 storey mixed use development with 29 residential apartments and 6 retail units at ground level. In addition their is basement car parking over two levels. The residential design has been optimised to take advantage of north easterly views over middle harbour from Melaleuca Lane. Program -This project consisted of preparation of a Major Project Stage 1 Development Application to The City of Sydney Council which progressed to an entry in the Stage 2 Development Application design competition. Wolski Coppin Architecture was one of 7 multi-disciplined consortiums who were invited to enter the competition held in December 2009. The development encompassed 2 residential towers over 3 podium levels containing 221 apartments with 2 levels of basement car parking for 211 cars and 7,460 sqm of retail and commercial space over 3 levels.Scope - Stage 1 Develeopment Application
